Property matching
Instead of a visitor waiting for a callback to hear about a property that might suit them, Estelle can show real matches from your own site right there in the chat — and your team finds out exactly which one they picked.
Completely optional
This is switched off for every agency by default. If you'd rather Estelle just qualify the enquiry and leave the property search to your team, that's exactly what happens with it left off — nothing about the rest of Estelle changes either way. Turn it on when you're ready, from Settings > Knowledge, and turn it off again just as easily. It costs nothing extra either way — it's included in your existing plan.
How it works
Estelle still completes the full enquiry first — budget, bedrooms, area, and contact details all get collected exactly as normal, so the lead is never held up waiting on a property match. Once those details are in, if she's found matches on your site, she asks whether they'd like to see the top few. Say yes, and she shows the actual listings right there in the chat; pick one, and your team gets a short follow-up letting them know exactly which property to mention when they call — on top of the original lead email, not instead of it. Say no, or none of the matches fit, and the conversation simply wraps up as it always would.
Only for listings you host yourself
This works against pages Estelle can actually read on your own website — the same as everything else she knows about your site. If your listings only live on Rightmove, Zoopla, or inside a CRM portal you don't host yourself, there's nothing for her to match against, and switching this on won't do anything useful. It's built for agencies who publish their own listings pages directly on their site.
Staying current, without you lifting a finger
Once it's on, Estelle finds your listing pages herself from your homepage URL — the same whole-site reading she already does for everything else. From there, she checks known listings daily to catch price changes or properties coming off the market, and re-scans the whole site roughly once a week to pick up anything new. No separate refresh button to remember — it stays current in the background.
Where to turn it on
It lives under Settings > Knowledge in your dashboard, right alongside the whole-site reading toggle it depends on — see Widget settings for what else is in there.
